Guido is about the only person I have heard of to get the rear bmwp calipers to work on this generation of car, very well played, particuarly for €80 a piece!
Most people who run the BMWP caliper at the front on e46 m3/Z4M use a porsche boxster/996 rear caliper with the pad from the front of a 996. Sounds a bit odd but works well enough, the bias ends up being very similar to stock iirc.
