718 Cayman GTS 4.0

Just back from having a ceramic coating on the paint work as well as coatings on the exterior glass, wheels and calipers. Off on a 500 mile road trip next week and can't wait.

So where are you off to? or do we need to wait for the pictures. :)

Are you going to PPF the front end at some point Boyo...?
I probably won't John. I didn't on my previous GTS and only picked up one small stone chip in 4000 odd miles. Also, I am not interested in track days.

We are staying in North Cornwall and there will be day trips to the likes of St Mawes and Falmouth.

I did 480 miles in a G29 yesterday and not one chip anywhere. Pleasantly surprised.

Have a great trip to Cornwall, love it down there. We stay in St Kew 6 miles from Port Issac. :driving:

Excellent choice. Give aa wave on the left a mile after the bridge if you go that way. :)

I guess it's not however I have very much enjoyed the zed which has been my daily for the last year and a half. As I contemplate retirement I am thinking of selling the zed, however, I have a feeling I may well regret it.

If you don’t need the E89’s money how about keeping it for general use and using the 718 for fun times only..?

I don't need the E89 money, however we have 3 cars between my wife and I guess I was putting my sensible hat on. I will think long and hard before I come to a final decision

If my new business venture does well that’s my plan too Boyo, have the inbound G29 for general and long distance use and my aim is a Boxy 718 GTS in two years time for fun only.

Fingers mega crossed....!

Managed to make the most of this beautiful weather and gave the Cayman a thorough going over. Gentian blue is a heck of a colour in full sunlight.
