OK not in a Z4 but a 1 Series, but I believe the principle is the same.
My dension Icelink Plus (in Z4) has always allows me to use the random album function from the iPod to play playlists in random album order. It would appear though that the 6FL option does not take into account the random function of the iPod.
The problem this causes is that all playlists are played in alphabetical order and if you change from one playlist back to another you will start from the beginning again.
Other than using the random button on the HU which will play tracks randomly (not what I want) is there another way round it?
