633 Business Bluetooth

Good afternoon chaps,
I now have my incredibly high mileage Z4 Coupe, flew through a fresh MOT today at 203,000 miles, only advisory was slight play in front ball joints.
Having used the VIN decoder I see its called Tiefgruen Metallic: I like to think of it as British Racing green metallic !
Looking at the options I have 633 Prep. Mob. Ph. Business Bluet. Interf.
I also have 677 Hi Fi System Professional, 609 Navigation Professional and 612 BMW Assist.
Does anyone know how I get the bluetooth working and can I use it with an iPhone 6 ?
Many thanks in advance.

Try this
Not mine

1) The button in between the seats in the drop down console is the "Bluetooth" button. Hold this for 3 secs

2) Turn the ignition key to position 1

3) At this point the NAV screen displayed the elusive "PAIRING MODE" message

4) Go to your phone, you should see BMW#### show up as an additional device (mines initially said headset then changed to BMW#####)

5) Pair device from the bluetooth settings on phone, you'll be asked for the Bluetooth Key that was provided with the car.

6) NAV screen will display "PAIRING...." followed by "PAIRING COMPLETE"

Hit the R/T button on the wheel and it scroll through your contacts.

Also make sure you delete all previous phones from system

As you have nav and use a iPhone you may want to look at intravee

Hallelujah!!! I have finally paried my phone (iPhone 6)! So just in case anybody else finds themselves in the same situation, here's how I did it (on 2008 Z4C with nav):-

1. Get your phone to the Bluetooth On/Off/Devices settings page and switch off Bluetooth.
2. With KEY OUT OF THE IGNITION, open phone compartment and press and hold the Bluetooth (man shouting!) button for 3 seconds.
3. Then with the button still pressed, insert key into ignition and turn key two clicks (where all the warning lights come on).
4. JUST AS THE SAT-NAV STARTS TO OPEN, release the Bluetooth button.
5. Quickly turn on Bluetooth on the phone. Timing seems to be critical and it took a couple of attempts to get the elusive pairing phone prompt.
6. Once at the prompt, I just entered the 4 digit Bluetooth key into my phone and it connected straight away, and after a few minutes had copied my address book of a few hundred numbers across.

Hope this helps others that find themselves sat in their nice new car swearing at it for hours!!!! :headbang:

Another one if it's any different

Gents, thank you for the answer: just one problem I don't have the Bluetooth code for the satnav unit.
Is there a generic BMW Z4 code, (like on Range Rover Sports its 1121) ?
If there s not a generic code is there any way to find it out easily?
Many thanks,

Markplant, sorry for the slow reply, thank you, but where behind the carpet in the boot. I have lifted the lower forward section by pulling out the two black plugs and see nothing? Thank you in advance.
