6-point rear strut brace for convertible - opinions?

I saw somewhere a 6 point member brace for a Z4:

And I wonder - did anyone had this mounted in their Z4? Does it make things better?
 
I don't drive to any limits that would have me notice a significant stiffening of the rear in fairness.

I bought it to solve a problem i thought i had (a spinning captive nut on the existing OEM bracing) but then solved that issue by chance on another day. So, I just fitted the brace anyway (because racecar). :driving:
