Well I get to pick up the new Zed on Thursday. It is an AUC car. Any suggestions as to any specifics to check?

Hopefully there wont be any problems as its AUC and covered by warranty ,but check it over as you would any second hand car

I won't forget that! Got a 100 mile drive home from dealer, planning a good route with a mix of roads.gonna be some good photo opportunities.

Not pissing on your parade, but what wheels has it to on it? Issues with cracking alloys if 296 wheels

Think what stark is trying to say is, if it has 19" alloys check the rears on the inside edge for cracking, style 296 is very prone to it and they are not necessarily covered under warranty.

Well first drive in the Zed completed with a non stop smile on my face! Fantastic. Gave it a good old floor on through mway, nice! Then drove a ten mile stretch at 70mph and got 45mpg average! best of all was flooring it on a road between some tall buildings, sounded amazing! Pics later. oh and wheels are not the 296!!

Well a few days in and loving it. Had a great blast last night with the hood down, smile slighlty wiped off my face when I was overtaken on a B road but he was in a M3 so I let him off!

My 4 year old son loves it too. Lots of pointing to where the roof should be and giggling!

Thanks, I have been driving it topless lots and lots. Really impressed with how little wind there is in the cabin, much more refined than the TT I tested. Sorry to use bad language.
