Well i am in the proses of getting a man cave set up with tools that i need in it. I have an old bench top milling machine and a very old lathe to start things off. But i will be in the market for a cnc mill some time soon something a little bigger that what you have there. In the mean time i have a friend with a machine shop i am hoping to do a deal with him so i can use his machines. You name it he has it!! 3axis and 5 axis mills cnc lathes with live tooling and a few wire cutting machines.

But i do hope to have my place kitted out in the new year with everything i need so i don't have to ask to borrow. I really want a cnc mill tig welder and some pipe bending equipment. so that i can make up exhaust and manifold components.

Top notch work there i agree with you on o ring it feels much nicer :thumbsup:
 
Nice job. Another option would be to knurl them on the lathe:
