5 x 112-120pcd?

Hello again.
I'm looking for a 19" rim measuring 5 x 120pcd. I've seen a japanese rim advertised as 5 x 112-120 pcd. It has several lug holes. Am I correct that these rims will fit on either a 112 or 120 pcd sized wheel?

Yes. They will be multi-fit, so will have 10 holes instead of 5.
