4pt Harness Options for Z4

Newbie Disclaimer: I've searched around a bit and come up empty handed. So please excuse if I've missed a topic that's already been addressed....

It seems the conventional wisdom is that the E85/Z4 Roadster is either completely impossible to retrofit with a proper 4 point belt system or could only be done with $ome $ignificant and $ubstantial reconstruction of the interior. What say you? Any experience, thoughts or otherwise on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Firstly welcome to the Forum. As you say fitting a 4 point harness would require somew significant mods to identify appropriate additional location points. Unless you are into serious track work or indeed racing then I think the cost would be prohibitive and indeed too intrusive into the cockpit area.
 
I was under the impression it was just a swap out with a racing seat that was 4 point harness compatible.....That said, I never looked deeply into it. So I take it that there is much more than a seat swap involved?
