I can't believe some people are getting done for 33 in a 30! I got 3 points and a £60 fine for doing 80 in a 50. If you're going for 3 points you might as well make it worth it :lol:

96 in a 60 - got 3 points and £60 fine, with no insurance increase, fixed penalty SP30. so there are no definative rules.

I find this unbelievable when people are getting the same for 32 in a 30. I got the same for 37 in a 30 but insurance didn't really change (I was 28 at the time).
I reckon 44 could be more serious but judging by the above you might be fine. Fingers crossed! ;-)
