Getting a 4 wheel alignment done tomorrow, the car doesn't drive bad, I mean it tracks straight.

Can I really expect to notice a difference?

I read that people who have had it done say its like a different car.

Feedback really appreciated :)

Mine felt a lot more assured beneath me when I had mine done. Might be a trick of the mind, might not, but made driving it more enjoyable whatever it was.

I went for the Z4M settings as I'm lowered on Eibachs.

Cool, thanks.

I'm lowered on H&Rs so will ask for his opinion :) I have a 80 mile drive home after so will post my results.

Damn - just had mine set to E85 Sport and now feel that the rear end tips in more than before - actually feels a little less planted. . . . . may be not used to it yet.

All 4 wheels needed tracking correction and nearside front and offside back some camber change :?

Car felt planted before - we shall see - have a busy weekend ahead.

:driving:

I had mine done last year and what a difference, a real noticable improvement, the zed felt so much more planted and was more pleasurable to drive :D

80 mile drive home after a 4 wheel alignment, wow what a difference.

Took a hour and a half, no lazer systems/hunters system was used, it was all old school. Using string and different measuring devices they set it up.

The 2 guys are ex ford rally mechanic's in the WWC befor setting up their own company.

I asked what the advantage was not using a lazer/hunters system and they don't use them due to how easy the system can be knocked out of calibration and give inaccurate readings. He explained how after they had set the rally cars up they would always double check using the old school method and nearly always need extra fine tuning.

Can't wait for some good hooning now

Based upon n laylend near Preston. Great guy and there knowledge is awesome.

They are the mfactory specialist for the uk. Worth a visit if anyone needs it doing in the area.
