3x Z4M = 1x Z8... Is it worth it?

I don't know if its worth it I do love the look of the Z8 stunning car. That is a brilliant picture though !!

Always nice to accidentally run into another car enthusiast when parking the M. Indeed; the Z8 looks stunning and is very exclusive...but in driving terms it is not a real sports car.
 
The Z8 is beautiful but far from the best BMW they need a lot doing to them before they are a good drivers car!
 
I adore the Z8 and absolutely think it is worth it; rare and beautiful all at the same time. I mean, just look at those rear lights!
Wouldnt class it as a sports cars though. More a boulevard GT.

I want one :)

I've never "got" the Z8. It's not that rare in the US and it's just a pastiche of a true BMW classic (the 507). It's not even especially pretty in my eyes. Give me an M1 any day.

I think a certain North London privately owned BMW dealer, buying up as many examples as they could, have been responsible for what is unquestionably a bubble in their prices.

Haven't personally been up close with Z8, but I think it's old school cool :)
 
id love to get my hands on one and see how far you could take it!!!! its got all the basics to be a complete monster!!!
 
Z8 is only priced how it is due to it's rarity. Nobody bought them in the first place and after it was discontinued they all shot up - it's quite a phenomenon.

...but i don't know what all the fuss is about, I'd much rather have one of these for a similar price;

I think that within a price tag of z8 one could find a decent wiesmann roadster, which is also an amazing car.. and its a wiesmann!
