Ok I’ve been in the car since September last year and purchased it with a brand new set of Pirelli P Zeros - following the MOT this month the front tyres were highlighted as having 6mm of tread and the the rears 3mm.

So before I shell out close to £400 on a new set of rears I fancied taking the car on a track day or instructed driving course - any suggestions would be gratefully received and for info I am based in Sheffield

Owler bar roundabout at 3am, drift round a few times then drop down the 619 to Baslow roundabout for a couple of drifting laps then back up to Owler to do it all again.....

From your location you’ve got the choice of Cadwell, Croft, Donington & Oulton, within a couple of hours.

if you haven't done much track driving, I'd do an evening session at Donington or Bedford for £109.

I'd second that

Do a couple of those to get your bearings and learn the ropes and then if you like it give Oulton Park a go. Proper racetrack that you can really enjoy in a road car but probably not the best place to do your first session :?

Actually if you're really new, id pick bedford. Nice long track, flat and wide, plenty of runoff.

Donington is great, but can get a bit busy as racecars like using trackdays for testing, and theres higher chance of a red flag as people get stuck in the gravel.

Also check out MSV trackdays, they have loads of dates.
