I've built my own wind deflector out of acrylic. It's worked for two summers, but I've always had it just siliconed to the roll hoops. It did it's job but it looks really out of place on a car. For this winter I took it off and cleaned up all the silicone, and the idea came to my head. With 3d printing being relatively affordable, what's the chance I might be able to 3d print brackets so that the wind deflector just slips into them, and it'll make it look OEM. I'd like to create three brackets so that they match up with the 3 in this picture:

Do we have anyone on this forum that would be able to mock up an image and I can print them? I'm willing to sell them at cost to whoever needs them. It would probably put an entire wind deflector solution (provided you build the actual screen - I did with an extra sheet lying around, so that was essentially free) under $50 which is amazing.
Any ideas/further solutions? Or should I just silicone it back next spring :lol:
