35is rear diffuser options?

Hey everyone,

I have recently been looking at rear diffuser options for my Z, I feel like quad exhausts / diffusers ruin the lines of the car. So this brought me back to the standard dual exhaust setup with perhaps a custom diffuser.

I have recently seen this custom rear diffuser on the german Z forums that looks fantastic:

Is anyone aware of where such a piece can be obtained, or has anyone here done anything similar?

Thanks!

Looks like a standard sports diffuser available for both single and twin sided exhausts, needs matching valance that wraps around the exhausts etc...real oem lists it, avaiable as stock from bms parts suppliers..I have the single sided version..

Do you have a link or part numbers? This is definately different to the stock sports diffuser that comes on the 35is

This is my preferred option.

Okay I found it! It is circa £400, and made of genuine carbon fibre. I guess the next question is, is that worth it? lol!

This looks very good, its still subtle yet custom, ideal if you have CF splitter/ skirts IMO
It's quite cheap considering its real CF.

The silver one looks ok but tame next to those tips

Just my warped eyesight probably, but it kind of reminds me of a Kuga

Well if you do something good people are bound to copy it. Don’t think I’ll try and take Ford on so I’ll let them have it.

Each to their own, bit chavy for the Scottish Borders!!

Unbecoming of a classy lady.. IMHO

Its def more aggressive looking, but probably doesn't stand out as much as a bright body coloured paint down there.

Agreed, its a very subtle mod, opposed to a bright coloured diffuser.....

Interesting thread.
Must say the stock diffuser (and stock tail pipes) are naff for the flagship 35is model. Even the lower down the range (respectfully meant) M Sport models get a contrasting black diffuser....

Did you order this Sunnydays ?

Not yet, I am currently sorting some other bits on the car first. I will order this at a later date as it looks superb compared to the stock plastic diffuser.
