I'm guessing the seller paid 24k for it then trashed it?
 
Ooft! I love the description, how it's top spec, low miles, lovely colour etc and then goes on to list the damage as if it's not too bad. But those pics! Ouch!

To be fair it's quite a bit of a car to handle and if your not used to it, you could find yourself on some right trouble. I assume the bidders are scrappies looking to make a quick buck on stripping it for parts.

Wonder why it's not going via the insurance???? Or maybe they have and have bought it back? All rather strange.

Oh and no V5 and no MOT. I assume then it has been written off by the insurance company??
 
yep, not an 35is and neither is it an m sport..... lets hope the engine or transmission isnt fudged or else it will be near enough worthless. a very big risk for the person who won it
