his last for sale thread was equally as dramatic, same car, told everyone he had sold it, he hadn't, then he told everyone he was sorry, he had been using different usernames and forums weren't for him

It's hard to feel sorry for the fella to be honest

http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=78367

And then there was his for sale thread for his older z4 ( went the same way )

http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=71154

Well, that does make for slightly worrying reading...

Jasperoony, have you decided to re-pursue a brand new Z4 now then? I must admit to having toyed with that idea myself... Especially when I read of the £10-£12k people are getting off list.

Is going off and getting a new one with a £20k deposit a hideously bad idea?

Edit: Still, shady past or not, I do wish Nick all the best with the operation and his recovery.

If you want to see worrying read this beauty .... Starts with saying the cars sold and he's leaving, finished with calling everyone a bully and he wants to be a moderator on here. Equally as strange

Anyway back on track

A mate of mine got a 35is for 36 grand from broad speed, they even managed to get a local dealer to do the deal, all the decent options as well and brand spanking new

I'm sure you can get one for similar prices now ( that was a few months ago )

They seem to be discounting the hell out of them for some reason, and have been for a while

Good luck hunting mate

Annoying and a bit of time wasted maybe, but i think you'll struggle for sympathy - personal health comes above car sales, thankfully.

Hopefully all goes well and you can continue after the all-clear.

Best of luck JB.

Was not after sympathy when I posted what had happened - I was just passing on information for anyone that might or might not look to buy a car of Nick as he seems to be a habitual messer.

I do not wish him any harm and hope he makes a full and very speedy recovery but forum members beware if he tries to sell his car again.

From reading some of the other threads and this follow-on chatter i think i have a better understanding of the situ - i take back what i said and sorry you've been messed around!

Still - personal health above all else i guess. I can understand stress can make you indecisive and clearly expensive depreciating assets can have a toll on your thought process and decision making, but messing multiple people around over the same issue over a lengthy period and then throwing your toys out the pram online is something you're meant to only do once, screwing around a second person (or more) on the same forum starts to get you noticed.

Wow, what a read.

This guy should present Jackanory or write a column in The Sun.

Something smells very much like a word that rhymes with dull and tit or maybe he is actually a dull tit who talks bullshit.

Who knows hey??

Feel sorry for Japseroony. The right car will come around matey, that's the only thing guaranteed in this thread!!

Wow, reading all the old threads he has posted in and ranted on is really quite a worrying - I think "Walter Mitty" is a mild term for him. Not sure if anyone actually read his for sale ad on PH but it states he is the only owner when in a thread on here he sold it to his wife thereby making it a 2 owner car albeit in the same household - that is not an issue until the 3rd owner sells it as then the proof of family ownership falls off the radar :!:

Also seems he has been unclear about his drinking as clearly in one post he says he is not a "pi**head" and then in another he uses the excuse he was on medication whilst drinking :?

Ahh well a lesson learned me thinks

The car would still have been a 1 owner car as Im sure he said it was still in his name, selling to his wife may just have been an excuse for still having it.
Its a shame as it would have been a great car, as close to new as you can get (800 miles) with a huge saving over new.
Cant see him coming back on here though.

....even after all that has been said and done I'd just like to say, if the fella has had an operation I would like to wish him a speedy recovery.

Hi Nick

Sorry to see you have withdrawn you car from sale as I'm really interested in your 35is.

You sold me your concours condition E85 for £8300 (or £8000 I can't remember it was such a long time ago)

Anyway, I managed to sell that for £12k :o which is a great profit and I was thinking that I could make a similar profit on your 35is so when you do decide to sell please PM me

Love Jack

If only this had been real. cracked me up.

dk345 still considering my options at this time and the car I have priced was £52,000 on the nose but after discount comes out at £37,750 so one heck of a saving of £14,250 :o

You fancy doing a deal and opting for 2 together - might be able to get a bigger discount lol.

Hello forum members

as I compile this from my Ipad (wifi in hospital is very expensive) survived the operation but the surgeon rubbed against my voice box and badly bruised it so can not speak .. but I can read & write! also need to do something to pass the time .. but must watch the blood pressure machine ..

Any way a little disappointed in some of the comments from so called fellow Z4 owners .. but many thanks to Ronk for his support while in hospital .. and also many thanks to LUX who with all our banter differences at least he put those aside and wished me well .. thank you for that, also all the other members (and you know who you are) who have supported me and wished me well.

But there are a few members that need to be addressed:

1. Donnieronnie .. again a member who contributes nothing with no substance but seems to enjoy just joining in and putting the knife in when he/she feels fit. On the whole just provides negative comments and has a character like lets just jump on the band wagon and kick a man (forum member) when he is down. And this is not the first time I have had to put up with this shoddy membership behavior.

2. this now brings be onto Japseroony .. which up to to now has a been a little one sided while I have been under the knife .. I was going to hold back on my views and opinions but it seems in this example this is not the case for other members.

what this member fails to mention in any of the threads .. is as follows

I placed the car up for sale for £27500 which was the lowest 35is on the market and was bang on the trade price which was the same price as landrover and bmw where offering at the time if I was purchasing another car .. but oh no people get greedy, I was then phoned up with a offer of £26000 and was told this was the trade value according to the member, I refused this .. then the offer was increased to £26500 which again I refused which at this point we had in my opinion a nice hour long conversation about the pros and negatives of the DCT transmission. Then the offer was increased to £27000 at which point I said I would give the offer some thought and we ended our Tel conversation at approx 3.00pm sat afternoon and I went off to the post office.

Then from another member I was offered full asking price of £27500 ... then late Saturday afternoon Jasperoony then phoned me up to ask if I had made a decision on the £27000 as his dealer was pressurizing him to make a decision on a deal .. at which point I replied another forum member had offered me the full asking price .. his reply was quote .. I will have the car as I am not going to loose the car for £500, at which point I was going out and agreed to speak later ... Then I found out about my operation so pulled the car from sale in case something went wrong and my wife did not have the confidence to sell on her own .. plus the credit was still in my name.

Also which has been failed to be mentioned is that I offered to pay for the so called HPI check that was paid for and that I would send some wine vouchers to his address as a good token on my part as no hard feelings, by which time Monday I was on the operating table and could not reply or respond in any way .. then I recover and see all this character slandering on this forum, which is supposed to be members for like minded Z4 owners ?

So people just get greedy and even with a price of £27500 still feel the urge to put a offer in for £26000, obviously some people are used to getting their own way and just bullying people aside with their personnel views.

I will continue to contribute to this forum in any manner that I feel fit and in any style that I feel like .. I will not leave like some of the private PM,s I have had ..

Anyway must go . .as the blood pressure machine is about to explode off the wall and a pretty nurse has just walked in and told me to stop all this forum nonsense ..

signing out .. JB

And JB returns..

AlwYs 2 sides to a story eh

Chill.... Your car is worth the same money when you get out of hospital...

Meanwhile enjoy your rest ;)

Haha

Your stories a total joke Nick

Firstly why on earth Is he a bully for haggling ???? That stinks of desperation, and is a little weak and childish

Secondly, in a week which saw huge strikes and cancellations of doctors and as a result cancellation of lots of minor operations ( which yours was, so quit the pathetic I'm alive comments ) ...... You got a last minute op ..... Really hahahahahaha

You are a joker

Also, nurses don't do rounds at 12.30pm and tell people to switch off iPads, you are an adult, they let you do what you want ( when they do their last rounds at 9 ish )

I suspect you've been sitting in your bedroom dying to reply to this thread for ages and haven't been in hospital at all

You are a serial buffoon who has never told a truth in your history on this forum, you are a total lier and have been proven to be on all your last threads

Please post proof of your present op and I'll donate 200 quid to the wing your pretending you were in

In all honesty Nick you have serious issues, mental health issues not pretend thyroid issues and you should be ashamed that your resorting to tall stories to get out of yet another sad thread you started

It's pathetic and full of holes

Also you have responded to 3 threads after this one ( even tho your pretend nurse told you to switch your imaginary iPad off )

Get a grip

Your life is a mess and you need to acknowledge your mental health issues instead of spinning tall stories on the Internet

Huge mental health issues Nick !!!! Huge !!!!

Nick, you seem to think me offering via PM £26,000 was wrong when I checked with the trade and that was the trade price? You said you were letting it go for trade money so I checked and £26,000 was just that so I offered it.

You said no so I increased my offer to £26,500 via PM and then decided to call you and offered £26,750 there and then. After our long conversation I upped that offer to £27,000 and you were thinking about it.

I was and still am getting calls from the dealer and he called me just prior to me calling you back - we missed each others calls if you remember and then we spoke and I offered the full asking price AND WE AGREED THE DEAL - I OFFERED TO PAY YOU A DEPOSIT but you were going out so we agreed you would call me back on Sunday after you got back from work.

I sent you a PM confirming out details and told the forum members it was me buying the car.

You then just prior to posting on here saying you were withdrawing from the deal sent me a PM saying you were going back on the deal and then said you have discussed it with me - you had not.

I tried to chat with you and left a message with Sandra, i sent you several PMs but you chose not to call me and discuss like a man you simply waited till late on Sunday night and sent me a PM.

This whole I'm selling, no I'm not, yes I am thing wastes time and money and messes folk around - either sell the effing car or don't but stop pissing folk around.

I guess folk now know what kind of deal to expect from you so I wont go on as you seem to have a whole world of history doing the same thing time and time again.

A prize bell end in the making

Good luck with this forum with members like this ! .. I don't even know this chap, very brave words behind a key board

I think you need to have a hard look in the mirror .. you have more issues them me, but no doubt you will add another few hundred pointless rude threads to other members during your pointless member ship period.

And for me being Dim .. yea righto, I the one with a 35is, loving wife, house worth hundreds of thousands and a thriving amplifier business ..

And you .. go back to your seedy little room and get back on your pathetic keyboard and go and annoy someone else
