Ordered front two piece discs from AUTODOC last week for my 35i, they arrived today, looked fine out the box part numbers matched what was ordered as detailed on their website etc so I cracked on with fitting them, the discs fouled the caliper hanger, on closer inspection the hub looks to be about 4mm too deep which sets the disc to far back - Warranty claim started - back to Germany they go - 6 week wait for a response

Both GSF and Eurocar parts can't locate UK stock at the mo, can anyone point me in the direction of a UK supplier that they've tried and tested for 348mm discs, don't want the same problem a second time by ordering from outside the UK

"ATE 24.0130.0216.2" are the OE discs. I bought a pair for £240 a couple of years ago and they have been great.

The problem with buying front brake components for the 35i is that a lot of sites have the wrong specification. In other countries the 35i has crappy brakes and the 35is gets the proper ones. In the UK both the 35i and 35is have the same setup so you're best to select 35is when using the parts finder.

They are in stock here: https://www.buycarparts.co.uk/ate/7017559

Perfect, Thanks.

Checked the specs on the ones that I bought and they are actually 4mm too high which would account for the problem, even though they are listed as correct for the 35i/is (A.B.S. Brake Disc Article number: 18659)

I had a problem as well when ordering new pads. The american 35i has a smaller front brake setup than the 35iS over there. Whereas in Europe (UK inclusive) the brakes are the same size. So just make sure there isn't a catalogue issue of it being a US catalogue.

I should have read R.E92's post before posting

Ordered the first set from Germany, thankfully they have been returned at the sellers expense! Just hope they refund the full amount but I'm expecting to have fight my corner ref the sizes being wrong but I'm pretty sure the disc shouldn't jam up against the caliper hanger
