35i 326M alloy replacements

Hi,

Looking for some advice on replacing my 326M 19inch alloys with some aftermarkets for better durability since mine have cracked too many times. Any recommendations on aftermarket alloys or brands to look into?

Cheers!

Dylan

Riva, Zito at the bottom end of town..price wise..most are made in China..BMW M4 wheels are seen by many as a good cause..forged..requires wider tyres..top end of town BBS, Oz, Apex...middle part of town.. Veeman.

CM Wheels and BM Autosports are two of the Forum's favourites..

Spacing is correct you’ll need wider tyres front and rear 335/245 fronts 265/275 rears

'm not aware of the first brand..the VMR703s seem OK..look like a mid range CSL type wheel with TUV certficates so that's good!

Yeah, they seem fairly decent. However i'm contemplating dropping to 18" for a smoother ride for myself, and for the car. Would you say there's much different between the 18" or 19" wheels?

General consensus is that the ride on 18” is much improved with little if no trade off in handling for street level use..some folks think 19” wheels look ‘cooler’..

Some of the more modern UUHP tyres are not available in 18” sizes..again not an issue for many Zeddites..

Dylan, your big chance to go to ...

'BMW Style 295

The BMW Style 295 is available in18" inches, with a bolt pattern of 5x120. Exclusively rare wheel made to compliment the lines of the BMW E89 ... https://www.carsaddiction.com/en/wheels/BMW/Style-295'

p.s. And they don't crack.

Style 295 are great wheels but I think they are no longer available. :(

I bought a set from a 35is owner and had them on my previous E86.

Would the 437M's require any changes like spacers and tire swaps?

I can’t speak from experience, but a couple of people have done it on here. I think they are fine, but best to have a search for ‘437m’ on here and reach out to someone who has fitted them. They look nice all in silver.

Fit perfectly with the correct tyres. Front 235/35/19 and Rear 275/30/19. No spacers at all
