I bought a set of 326’s off a forum member late last year. They had run flats on, so I put them on and ran them for a while. All was good. Refurbed them and put new rubber on( Pirelli p zeros on the front). Now it’s rubbing when I go over dips. I think my car was lowered before I got it. So my question is do I put standard springs on, go for a different tyre size or bin them and get something else.

Where is it rubbing exactly? Inside the wheel arch or on the lip of the arch etc?
If its inside the wheel arch, you could get a spacer kit to bring the wheels out slightly but depends how pokey they are to start with.
I cant remember what the offsets are for these wheels but remember them being not overly suited to the E85/86.

) might be worth PMing him to see if he had any issues etcIt looks like your car is fitted with either H&R or fk springs, judging by the front arch gap. I would fit sport or eibach springs, before binning the wheels and tyres.
225/35/19 tyres should be fine on the front, so it must be the wheel offset, combined with clowering springs, causing the problem.
