3 series alloys for a Z4?

I'm running a 04 plate 3.0SE with 18 inch ellisoids. Does anyone know whether alloys from an E46 3 series would fit a Z4. I know that a 17 inch space saver from a E46 fits as have checked as in the process of moving to non-runflats.

The reason I ask is I am considering trying to get hold of a second hand set of 17 inch alloys to put winter tyres on.
