This differential was in my 2007 Z4 when I bought it in 2011. One of the seals was leaking so I pulled it out and installed a stock differential while this one was being fixed. It has new side seals and is a 3.63 ratio. After driving on the stock ratio I felt it was a better fit for my driving profile since I spend a lot of time on the highway, so that's why I'm selling this one. I can send pictures if interested.
