3.0si Fault code? Vanos or not?

Hello!
Posted on here the other day after some help with a sensor fault code (See image)

After various conversations and copious amounts of google, i’m getting conflicting information on wether my Z4C has Vanos on the engine or not?
Can anyone shed light on this?

Your E86 will definitely have Vanos - mine needed a new Vanos Solenoid Valve a few years ago.
