I’ve been looking at getting a 2009 model

What I don’t understand is why the Bhp on 35I 3.0L vary between 250 and 380 mapped

Can they all be mapped to the higher figure

I think you’re mistaken with the power outputs there, no 35i has 250bhp :?

Three 3 litre engines

Normally aspirated. 30i

Turbocharged 35i

Turbocharged with over boost 35is

Hence the power variation,,

I think I'm correct in saying, only the turbo versions can be boosted, the naturally aspirated (NA) 3.0 liter is what it is at 250ish hp - But that is nothing to turn your nose up at if a bit of sporty driving is what you like.

What a great little web site. So the last NA Zed was 2013, since then everything has a turbo. Plenty of punch, :) but less throttle response? :(

What a great little web site. So the last NA Zed was 2013, since then everything has a turbo. Plenty of punch, :) but less throttle response? :(

It was before then, the 23i was discontinued for the turbo cars & they were introduced in 2011 i believe :thumbsup:

Perhaps an error on the web site. But it appears to suggest the NA 30i was available until 2013. :wink:

I have seen some 30i registered in 2012 but I suspect they were manufactured in 2011 since as what Smartbear said the successor to the N52 the N20 was introduced around 2011 /12.

I think that website lumps all pre lci e89’s in together even though the na versions never made it through to the introduction of the facelift (lci) cars :thumbsup:
