3.0i v 3.0i SE

Alright folks, I'm currently on the lookout for a Z4 Roadster and have seen a nice 3.0i example for sale. I was ideally looking for a 3.0i SE.

Is there much difference between the two performance wise?
 
The 3.0i and 3.0iSE are the same car, early (2003) cars were just 3.0i and then became the SE. There are no spec or mechanical differences.

Until the 2006 facelift (presuming you meant pre-facelift).
