3.0i Front Brake Calipers, Carriers, Discs and Pads for sale

Hey,

Decided to upgraded my front brakes to the 3.0si setup (325mm discs) as I track my Z so in the next couple of weeks I'll have the brake Calipers, carriers, discs and pads off my 3.0i for sale if anyone wants it?

The Calipers aren't painted so look rusty but work perfectly. The discs are in good condition and the pads were new last September. However having some discs and pads to get you going will make this a cheap upgrade for anyone running the smaller engines. I'll post pic's etc once I've swapped them over but thought I give a quick heads up and if you're interested throw me an offer. :thumbsup:
 
Right folks, I've finally done it so as promised here's the pics of the bits I have for sale.

All parts are OEM and I've given them a clean so they're ready to fit.

As always they come with no guarantee/warranty however I can promise you that all of the following items have just been removed from my 3.0i (sunday 13/6/13) and worked just fine at the time of removing them.

You have everything you need here,:
Front Calipers
Front Carriers
Rotors
Pads (mintex )
Front and rear bottom brake lines (just incase you need them)
Caliper springs

Ideally want to sell them all together. You can collect, I'm just south of Sheffield. Happy to post but will have to check the cost and let you know as you will be paying for it but happy for you to have the receipts so you know I'm not making money on the postage.

I am interested in the discs and pads. How much do you want for them and can you ship it to Denmark?

what size are the discs? I think these are an upgrade for the e36 & im sure my bro is possibly looking for some.

How much are you wanting for the lot?
 
Sorry should have said. Disc's are 300mm

I was after about £150 for the lot?

I can ship it to Denmark Zaabz but no idea what postage would be!
 
Cost will be about £35 to ship to Denmark, though the combined weight will be VERY near 25kg

I sold exactly the same very recently to a guy in Finland for £50, though was through EBay, so looks like I sold mine very cheaply...

Was it the full kit for both sides like mine? If so then yeah, someone had a bargain

I did do a little research before coming up with the figure. The calipers are worth £50 each alone from what I can see but I am open to reasonable offers if people think I'm being a little high on the price. However given that its just cost me around £450-£500 to upgrade mine, £150 for someone to upgrade their 2.0 - 2.5l doesn't seem to bad to me! ha.
 
You track your Zed, are you booking into Cadwell next month for the Zed day I've organised?
 
Hi Quad - Sadly not mate. I'm doing Silverstone in August so can't afford both. :headbang: Hopefully make the next one though. It'll be awesome to have all those Zd's in one place and having it as well!

These bits are still for sale folks. Open to reasonable offers.

I'm shocked these haven't gone yet, I spent ages looking on FleeBay.

Iv just recently done this upgrade to my 2.0i, it's a Straight Swap, easy peasy!!

I took the chance to rebuild mine tho at the time, just needs a calliper rebuild kit (ebay £16) which is a couple of new rubbers. Sprayed them up, old Callipers off ( 2 bolts each) new ones on, simples.

Iv added 325mm drilled disks tho.

Think the sale was for the Pre facelift rotors which are 300mm. If u fitted 325mm that's the E46 330 which runs 325mm. These seem to command money, the slightly smaller ones have much less interest.
 
Folks haven't put these on ebay as its more hassle than its worth.

I'll take £60! Otherwise I'll take the calipers back to get the surcharge back.
