I've just bought myself a 2006 3.0 Si Sport Roadster, as part of the deal the seller included the original back box (now sold) which he replaced, and also a spare set of original springs (I'm pretty sure they haven't been used).
Photos show the original BMW labels on the springs, and the BMW part numbers on the exhaust.
