3.0 se/si or 2.5 si

Hi Guys,

Actively looking for a 3.0 se/si or a 2.5 si

Don’t mind the colour but would like manual and heated seats.

Mileage under 110k would be good, got a budget of around £4.5k could stretch for the right car.

Anyone thinking about selling theirs or know of one going?

Looked at a Maldives Blue one yesterday but had way too much wrong unfortunately.

Just to point out it looks like you are mixing up your trim levels with engine spec.

SE is a trim level. Your choice is SE or Sport.

Si is an engine spec with post facelift 2.5 being available as a 2.5i or 2.5Si and both of those being either SE or Sport.

Yeah it was more the 3.0 in se trim as I don’t think my budget would stretch to the si trim

I think the 2.5si trim I could get (don’t want a 2.5 se trim as I like the 6 speed)

Most facelifts are Sport, there are a lot less SE trim, but I think your missing my point.

Facelift cars are available in the following spec.

2.5i SE
2.5i Sport
2.5si SE
2.5si Sport
3.0si SE
3.0si Sport

I’d happily go for a pre facelift 3.0i. The only two things I’d want are MSport seats and for them to be heated. I’d have to swap the steering wheel for an MSport one as well though. Effectively that gets you sport trim spec on a pre facelift 3.0i.

I'm going to look at a 3.0 pre facelift over the weekend, the steering wheel I'm totally with you on that one I would be getting M Sport one if I buy it, does have heated seats but not M Sport seats, although being 6'3" I find I have a little bit more room with the non M Sport seats (but not as much comfort) :lol:
