3.0 gearbox oil

Hi all,

I've tried searching for the correct gear box oil for my 3.0 e85 but I'm a little confused. Could one of the more experienced guys tell what I should use please?

I used Castrol Syntrans B 75W manual transmission fluid in mine.
And Castrol Syntrax Longlife 75W-90 axle fluid in the diff.
I brought 2 x 1 litre bottles of each. An eBay seller was the cheapest.
