Hellooo all :D

I have noticed the 3.0 has enormous brakes and I wanted to know if they are a direct fit onto the 2.2? I have 108 wheels.

The standard brakes do perform very well but if its a straight fit theres no harm improving things!

Any info would be great!

Thanx

I'm not sure but I do have a complete set of 3.0 brakes front and rear! Only did 15500 miles before I took them off so they're in perfect condition.

It might be worth checking here to see if the hubs etc are similar.

One other thing to be considered--simply adding larger brakes is not always a good idea. Brake size/composition/etc are balanced with weight of vehicle, etc. If you greatly increase braking surface area, you might upset this balance. Not to mention drive your ABS crazy.

The weight of the 2.2 and 3.0 only differ by 20kg and the brakes that are being discussed are nothing more than the standard 3.0 items which have been designed to work together as a balanced set. They won't upset the bias or the ABS.
