293 wheel torque

i am going to take my wheels of at the weekend so i can give them a good clean, i am also going to paint the calibers. My question is, what torque should 293 wheels be set at. I looked on the web but could not find anything regarding this. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Took the bolts of but the wheel did not wanted to come of, never had this before. Used quite a bit of force but I was getting a bit worried that the car would fall of the jack. I also noticed , when lifting the rear wheel the front of the car also lifted of the ground, never had that before with any other car. Plan B next.

Yes the chassis is stiff on the e89 and one corner raises the whole side.

You may need a rubber hammer to whack the wheels with, I did with mine. Get some copper slip/paste and before putting the wheels back on put a thin layer on the face of the wheel hub. Make it easier to get the wheels off next time.

The alloys will have "bonded" onto the hub. Best and safest solution is sit on the floor with your feet by the wheel. Proceed to kick the tyre at 6 o'clock, 12 o'clock then 9 o'clock and finally 3 o'clock. Keep this up until the bond breaks. When the wheel is off I would suggest wire brush the hub then copper grease to prevent this occurring again. Removing the wheels every 2 months or so helps stop it really binding. Usually caused by heat from use and washing .
