Afternoon - lunch is CONFIRMED at the Swann, though as the room holds a maximum of 20 people please let me know well in advance if you're coming/bringing a passenger as they now have two other large group bookings that day.
They have confirmed
• the use of their dedicated Captain’s table room... just for us
• starters & main course ‘Feast’ (two courses) – many different dishes placed into the middle for all to share for £19.50 (service charge is 12.5%)
• I have negotiated some complementary bottled still & sparkling water depending on numbers
o If 13-15 people (2 still, 2 sparkling bottles)
o If 16-18 people (3 still, 3 sparkling bottles)
o If over 19 people (4 still, 4 sparkling bottles)
• To be fair to everyone else, please buy ALL other drinks at the bar
• Room holds a MAXIMUM of 20 people, so reserving on a first come first served basis of who wants to attend

had intended to make it a shorter route (5.5 hours per TOMTOM); keep it a little more low key; just 3 stops & fingers crossed for some of your bright sunshine from Europe.
