224 with Z4M tyres on Z4C?

I have read numerous threads but still not entirely clear if 224 wheels with Z4M tyres (225/45/18 and 255/40/18) will be a straight swap without rubbing issues?

I have an option on a set, with tyres, so the standard Z4C tyres (225/40/18 and 255/35/18) are unfortunately not an option.

The suspension is entirely standard.

The alternative would be a set of 19" CSL replica but struggling to find a good vendor?

Looking at a set with new Michelin Super Sport rear and 6 mm Continental front for 950 euro but the current offer from Reifenprofi for 700 euro for a set without tyres (with possible lower offers accepted) is also tempting.
