224 alloy wheels and tyres

For sale are a set of 224s, in good condition with continental sport contact tyres.

Tyres:
Fronts - 7mm across, and were brand new on the car when I bought it from Coopers BMW

Rears - 4,4,2 (outside to inside) on both

There are no kerb marks on the wheels, and they are in good condition. There are a few blemishes around at least one of the valves. I have no idea of their history or refurb history as they were on the car from the dealer, whilst I fitted CSL wheels 6 months after purchasing, as soon as I could find some. The paint did look spotless when I collected the car, so BMW possibly spruced them up.

If I had the space, I'd keep them alongside the car. However currently they are clogging up my Dad's garage, have done for over a year now and there's no garage for me on the horizon.

The wheels are up in Preston, Lancashire. I do the occasional trip Preston - Bath where I could help with delivery if dates matched. Postage isn't much of an option, as I can't take the liberty of presuming my brother or dad will package them. Im sure they can be persuaded, but collection would still be preferred.

£575

I will post photos when I'm back from work, but in the meantime these can be emailed over.

Thanks

Hi Tom, I am very interested, could you bring them back down to Bath if I go for them?

Would you mind emailing me across photos please?

Hi Dave

yes I certainly could bring them down! I will get some photos over to you asap

Thanks Tom, the photos are exactly as you described. I'll pass on them for now but think these are good value, especially compared to some of the prices for individual wheels on ebay!

Thanks Rob, pm replied to with the photos in better resolution. I have a few more photos of them too. If you're nearby to Preston, you're welcome to view them.

Fishydave many thanks, it didn't know where to price them as I haven't ever been in the market for any so don't tend to look. So the price was just roughly guided by recent ish sales in the for sale section only. See you around Bath!

Hi Harry

Yes the wheels are for sale. I've had a few messages but nothing more than that. Darkpkr88 emailed yesterday asking about postage but I'm yet to hear back from him.

Cheers , Tom

So tempting, very tempting!

They don't come up very often , these are by no means expensive for the condition & tyres plus you won't need spacers so possible recoup of funds there ? manmaths :P

That's my only reservation about selling them, having to potentially find some more in the future. Haha !

Although they're at my Dad's place and I can't be there, he's in most of them time if anybody nearby wanted to see them.

Man maths aren't the same as getting throttled by the missus. Spacers would recoup 10% but then again I do have a set of mint 108s. Only small but I'd want to fix that bubbling around the valves.

If you tried them on it would be a done deal , they look so right especially on non M Zs
Have a peep at "swiftly"s  a finer example of a grey Si roady with 224s you will struggle to find

I was yea but think i sorted some earlier with mr monkey  you will have no bother shifting them on , always wanted for those running OEM offsets looking for better stance
Plus the 108s up the road & you're almost there  & they are in Preston so easy for you to collect
