Usually get this out in July, so thought I'd better get it out now, haha (oops).

For those who haven't been before,the Weekend format is a Friday night meal,SATURDAY DRIVE AND BBQ afterwards,and SUNDAY DRIVE ,with Designated Toilet/Comfort and Lunch stops each day.
The Saturday drive is normally in the Lakes area,and is the more scenic drive,generally speaking, while the Sunday drive is a bit more Driver focused,where we can stretch our cars a bit,in the Dale's area normally.

I have asked,as of last week(10th February), For Any Additional Rooms.
Have asked back when the Rooms filled up very Quickly,but they didn't have any
NOW WAITING TO SEE IF THAT HAS CHANGED,AS ANOTHER GROUP ARE IN THAT WEEKEND,BIT HAVE STILL TO CONFIRM ROOMS.

ALL 15 HOTEL ROOMS ARE NOW RESERVED, ALTHOUGH,IF MORE ARE NEEDED,I CAN ASK IF ITS POSSIBLE.
CAMPSITE ONLY HAS 2 TENT SPACES LEFT.
I WILL UPDATE THE ATTENDING LIST LATER, Cheers
Accomodation wise, Our Group is in the CROOKLANDS HOTEL,KENDAL.
ALL Hotel Rooms are booked (Initially) through myself ONLY ,then ,once I have ALL 15 Rooms Reserved as taken, I will let those staying know when to contact the Hotel to give Credit card details.
Room rates being finalised this week,and will get them out as soon as I can
EDIT...ALSO,When letting me know if you want a Hotel room,can you please state if its a STANDARD/CLASSIC ROOM, A SUPERIOR ROOM (Which is a new Room type the new owners added this year,Basically A Refurbished Classic room, OR If you want a DELUXE room.
And if you require Double,Twin,Pet Friendly,etc, Thanks

CLASSIC ROOM,DOUBLE OCCUPANCY IS £108.20 ,PER ROOM,PER NIGHT.

SUPERIOR ROOM (REFURBISHED CLASSIC) ,SINGLE OCCUPANCY is £96.60 PER ROOM,PER NIGHT.
SUPERIOR ROOM, DOUBLE OCCUPANCY IS £116.60, PER ROOM PER NIGHT.

DELUXE ROOM , SINGLE OCCUPANCY IS £105 PER ROOM PER NIGHT.
DELUXE ROOM, DOUBLE OCCUPANCY IS £125, PER ROOM,PER NIGHT.

I had Reserved 6 Classic, 6 Deluxe ,1 Superior room and 1 Pet Friendly room,plus1Pet Friendly Family room(Gareth)
This year,based on previous years bookings,with 2 or 3 extra rooms/room types,based on Rooms available, after they had introduced Pet Friendly and Superior rooms into the mix from previous years.
I HAD MADE 2023 BOOKING(back in July) BASED ON THE Above , but the email from this weekend, after speaking to the owners,last weekend verifying that again, says different, lol,

And,as before, Our Group Rate is a tier 2,(max.Discount rate available), and Includes Full Cooked Breakfasts,etc unlike various 3rd Party websites,as their cheapest prices never include Breakfast (£10 pp extra on those deals).....Our Rates Do include Full Cooked Breakfasts :D

CAMPING ,next door to the Hotel,IN WATERS EDGE CARAVAN PARK, is booked through myself also,with a £10 Deposit paid for each tent space required to me,via PayPal, as payment to a friend. (Pm me for my PayPal details).
RATES WILL BE MORE OR LESS SAME AS THIS YEAR and last year.

Great trip this year so definitely up for it again next year - Friday meal & 3 nights camping for me :driving:
