Big thanks to all for another great national. Extra thanks obviously to Craig and John for all the hard work they put in to make it such a good weekend for all. Fingers crossed we can make it next year.

Yes Laine, I am sure you WILL make it to next years, haha.
I slowed down as soon as I saw the police biker, and was only doing 30-40 past him in the 60, yet he still had a right scowl on his face, lol
Also, nice clips/vids....really gets a good recording of the superb sound of the M engine when putting the foot down a bit
Like the bit near the start of 2nd vid, where u get a bit of "lift/air" and Nicola's wee "OOOH" nice one

Well, another National has came and went......some highlights, etc.
For Me (and I am sure I can speak for John/sammyz in this as well)......it has been another great meet/weekend.
Its been great catching up with each of you again, or for the 1st time and glad you all enjoyed it.
I had my Wife with me this year for the 1st time in 6 Nationals, as did John, which kept our top speeds down a bit, but still a decent pace when and where possible.(despite my wife asking me to slow down a couple of times, after flinging her way down into her seat when blasting round a few hairpins, lol)
The weather stayed dry and mainly sunny, bar right at the end of our Sunday run, and I even got some sunburn on my neck.
The bbq went down well as usual...thanks to all those that helped me and John with the BBQ duties/prepping stuff etc on the Sat night.
Highlights for me was Seeing old friends again; Leading large parts of Saturday and some of Sunday (giving John a rest from doing so); the almost traffic free roads on Sunday as is normally the case/after Saturday traffic....tho I couldn't believe that Bus was on the Honnister pass on the SAT., and the fact it didn't let us by for ages(it could have done way sooner) .........Me and Cheryl having a good laugh at the Bikers/Mopeds/Scooters that went past us; about a dozen or so, all in Fancy dress....SO FUNNY.
THANKS to all those who came along and made the weekend what it was....Apologies for those we lost on the Saturday /Sunday (6/7 of you took a wrong turn somewhere, and others in the group couldn't find you again??)....hope you enjoyed it all the same and hopefully we will see you back in 2016.
Big up to john-z4, who as mentioned a lot on here, has done a superb job on modding/painting his once Silver z4 pride and joy....love the colour and all the other touches...stitching,rx8 seats,exhaust etc.....wonderfull changes to an already nice car, that I saw pre-mods back at the 2013 Nartional meet
