Yes, its always a highlight of my year, getting on some great drives and catching up with as many people from on here as I can :D :driving:
 
I've never been to a meet before but the more I think of it, the more it appeals.

The crooklands hotel is fully booked so we will stay somewhere local and do both drives at least.

Mrs. Spartacus loves the lake district, although she does moan about the zed, so I will bring my ear plugs.

I am interested in comming up on the Saturday, bbq beer, oh see zeds and meet some members, if i can get accomodation. I presume all hotel / camping is taken now? It will be just me! Can anyone suggest any other accomodation near by?
 
Hi Harpal, pretty sure they'll be room to camp (Craig3.2 will confirm) and you book the Crosslands hotel yourself so give them a ring or check their website.

I haven't been on here for a few days....too busy working/enjoying some Easter sun too.

As of a couple of weeks ago there were still spaces available, albeit only the Deluxe rooms which are slightly dearer, but I will check on this as soon as I can/ need to chase something up with the Crooklands anyway....will update when I can.

Any1 got any recommendations if it is Full??....as its never completely sold out, I don't think?

Yes, there are still some Camping Spaces left, for now.
As for hotel/prev.post....will check on this.

I don't have any camping gear. I presume i will need tent etc i dont mind slumming it. Stupid question do i need my own tent or can i hire? Not been camping since school, can sleep anywhere after a few beers! :tumbleweed:
