First timer thinking of buying a 2012 20i Z4 with 64,000 miles.

Do these need a timing chain or anything in the way of extra service attention at this or any subsequent mileage ?

The car is a manual in white. Black leather seats. No sat nav.

Any information/advice most welcome.
