Probably a dumb question but I've exhausted all other options for a weekend. Here's the situation. My wife bought me a bavsound stage 1 speaker upgrade for my 2011 z4 3.0. I'm working on the install but can't get the existing speaker connector disconnected. Often there's a tab to depress to release the connector from the speaker. Anyone have any experience disconnecting the factory speakers from the wired connector? For what it's worth the connector is modular with a blue plug going into the speaker wire connector. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
