Overall condition I will say is excellent, this has been a well looked after, no expense spared for the car. No dents or rust on the car, paintwork in excellent condition and really polishes up well.
Comes with all the toys, heated electric seats, Parktronic parking sensors, individual climate control, cruise control with speed limit, alloy wheels, 7 speed semi automatic transmission (you can put into manual and change gear with the flappy paddles) which is super smooth and doesn't slip out of gear or jerk when changing, Sat Nav, Auto Lights and auto wipers.
The engine is the 3lt Turbo Diesel power unit, it's super smooth and very powerful and on long journeys can get up to 50+ mpg, it has been well maintained throughout it's life with full documented service history (MB and MB specialists)

The car this year beginning of summer also had 4 new tires. The interior looks brand new, there is barely any marks or areas that show any wear at all.
Bad Bits
I would say that one or two of the alloys could do with a refurb
There are a couple of marks on the front and rear bumpers
