2009 Z4 E89 Audio

Hello, I have a 2009 Z4 E89 SDrive Automatic and the radio isnt great - I'd like to keep the OEM look and have seen that there are later cars with DAB on the audio - I've seen them for sale on Ebay from a 2014.Now understanding that I will need to upgrade the aerial are these able to fit: MULTIMEDIA HEAD UNIT REF18062

Has anyone update thier radio to a later one? Both are from an E89 2009 to 2014, the difference seems to be the DAB?

Yeah I'm "busy on other matters", ie; drinking cocktails in the sun
