Little bit of background information. I have the 2.3i e89 auto with the old shifter. Im aware that due to the selecting position and the way the gear was previously designed its analog rather than digital as per the newer e89s with the updated shifter.
Besides from the cheapo chinese options. Has anyone come up with a solution of retrofitting the updated gear selector. I can source a used gear shifter but was wondering if its possible to install ?
