For sale is my beautiful BMW Z4 3.0 Si Sport Convertible with only 88,000 miles on the clock. This is the face lift model and one of the last of the E85 series of Z4. It is finished in Carbon schwartz metallic black with saddle brown leather, a very rare spec. It’s been on numerous road trips including one to the south of France last year and didn’t miss a beat 🇫🇷

Full service history
New England saddle brown leather interior
CSL style alloy wheels
weighted M-Sport Knob
Heated seats
Cruise control
Sat nav
Bluetooth
Bi-Xenons
Rear parking sensors
DSP Hifi system

In my ownership I’ve done:

Clock spring
GM5 module
Instrument cluster
Full service - oil, filters, spark plugs @ 84k
Gearbox service
Clutch

Car has some usual age related marks and scratches but overall in very good condition. There is one dent on the back bumper about 2” across that I covered with a UK sticker when I drove it to France.

Selling to fund a purchase into the Porsche world.

Thank you for looking!

Asking price - £7250
Tel: 07435145565

Adam

I was about to say it’s caramel leather, but I think looking at the database you have here LL90717?
If so the only full leather saddle brown and carbon Schwartz manual 3.0si roadster in the uk.
One of only 4 3.0si manuals roadsters with saddle brown full leather in any colour.
More pics of the seats and door cards will confirm, and wet appetites…
Great spec, GLWTS.

That’s a big statement! How did you find this out please? You’re correct that is my VIN code! Good detective work 🕵️

Here are some more pictures of the seats, and my favourite picture of the car in Monaco

For what it’s worth…

I saw this car (and Adam) yesterday

It’s in good order for the cursory look over I gave it… I had a feeling the combination was rare.

I said if I didn’t have the M I would be talking myself into cutting a deal as it ticks a lot of boxes

Good luck with sale

Stuart

You have full leather door cards too.

To be clear, not caramel.
New England full saddle brown leather. Option code LBD3.

Not wishing to hijack but can someone give me an idea how to get beyond the world map you get when you click on the French website above. I would like to see the detail of the cars. Thanks. And good luck with the sale. Nice car

Click the Z4M or 3.0si at the top left. Scroll down to select to options in the drop downs.
It can freeze up sometimes when scrolling down. For me at least.

Looks lovely, but out of my budget.

I was curious what the insurance would be and was horrified that GoCompare put the 'market value' at £2k! The premium did not change much when I manually put the value at 5,6,7k, but was worrying seeing their notice:

Car value
This is the cost of replacing your car with another of the same make, model, age, condition, mileage and specification (eg level of equipment). If you're not sure exactly how much the car is worth, an approximate value is fine.

Important: In the event of the car being 'written off' the insurer will pay the market value (unless you agree a guaranteed value when the policy is taken out). The value you provide here is not necessarily the amount you'll receive in the event of a claim.

That looks absolutely great.

Looks like Marseille in the photo?

I’m definitely going to watch this one as tempted myself.

It's such a rare spec that it seems to be the only one in that colour combo registered in the UK!

In case people don't read RMB's screen shot it might be worth adding the Bi-Xenons and rear parking sensor options to your original post.

GLWTS.

Even if you are defecting to Porsche. :(

Its on the monaco harbour where the F1 pit straight normally is :)

Thanks, will add that detail to the description! and I know that's sacrilege to admit on a Z4 forum :(

That’s a lovely looking Zed with lots of nice options. Worth every penny of your asking price

I am going to go out on a limb and say that whoever spec'd the interior was a genius, and the exterior likewise... just not on the same car.

One of those rare green Z4s with that interior would be so good, and I love that black, but not with that tan interior.

I’ve watched the market on e86/e86 for many years and I rarely recall ever see this colour interior for sale. Stunning :)

That's probably because only 17 with Sattelbrau leather came to the UK, and only 6 were Roadsters.

I thought this was sold but it seems to have re appeared on autotrader?
OP see the recent piston heads auction as a guide.
