Service history
One previous local owner before me. Sold new by BMW Sytner Cardiff and sold to me by BMW Sytner Cardiff
The car has full BMW service history (Sytner Cardiff) and the car is not due a service for 11000 miles or Spring 2014
There is a one year BMW Used Car Warranty on the car until June 2014
Taxed until end of June 2014
MoT until June 2014
Bought by me with 58,004 miles in June 2013. Currently showing 59600 miles.
New brake discs and pads all round were fitted at 58,000 miles by Sytner Cardiff as part of their pre-sales inspection
New windscreen fitted 6 weeks ago due to a large chip (could have been repaired but worried it would look unsightly)
Tyres:
Rear Hangkok non RFTs with 1000 miles on
Front: Bridgestone RFTs - probably 4-5mm left.
Note: I have a good condition Michelin RFT with decent tread I can give you. Depending on deal I could put new non RFTs on the front or put the rear back to RFTs so there is a matched set of RFTs or non RFTs.
I also have a (E46) 17" spacesaver plus jack and a can of tyre weld stuff that can go with the car

The car is in Penarth near Cardiff and I could be persuaded to deliver it for petrol plus train fare home
Note: that there is BMW Finance outstanding on the car so we will need to agree a mutually agreeable way of clearing that

BUMP
I forgot that I had put this on. I am still unemployed and the car really should be sold. In addition I am hardly using it; I don't use it around town and have only done 1000 miles since November.
It now has 60,600 miles on it and I am just about to put new front tyres on.
A service is due in March or 10,000 miles. I can have a new MoT put on it should you wish and we can talk about the service
There is a BMW used car warranty in place until July 2014

Please inbox me if interested.

New front tyres and 4 wheel tracking today
I'll get a service print out from Sytner Cardiff BMW to find out which service is due next (the service book looks confusing)

It was just pointed out to me that I have advertised the car as an SE not the Sport that it is. No idea why I made the mistake but it's definitely a 3.0 Si Sport Coupé.

Car looks great & spec is high barring the nav , Great colour & IMO the price is right where it should be give or take the usual 5% for negotiation .
The car would probably be gone now if the year was a few months further on & the offer of the spacesaver spare is unusual (have you checked it clears the calipers ? )
Maybe add some interior pics ?
A great Z colour
Best of luck

I'm no photographer and I only gave the car the briefest of brushes out as I have hurt my shoulder. It could still do with a decent clean. I think that the seats are damp in a couple of places where I have wiped off small marks/smears
Here are the pics as requested

I am wondering what sales tactics I need to drum up interest. Maybe I can throw in a Magic Tree air freshener or something equally high value ? ;)

I have just requested a settlement figure so that will inform what if any wiggle room I have :)

Bump
New tyres on, finance settlement figure now held. My shoulder is starting to get better so will soon be able to valet it.
Buy it here now before I pay for advertising :)

No sales tactic, it's just a high price, for the spec it's probably about right so I'm not having a dig just will probably take a bit of waiting though to find the right buyer. Good luck!

Advertised elsewhere? Autotrader, Pistonheads etc... Price looks fair imo. GLWTS

It's on Car and Classic at the moment, may add an eBay classified and an Autotrader add too. Pistonheads charge now don't they? Are they worth it?

Ta for best wishes :D

Charge £11.99 for 30 days. I think its a good place to advertise as its mainly used by car enthusiasts, and yours being that type of car

Just had confirmation from BMW Sytner Cardiff that an Inspection 2 is the next service due in 9700 miles or April 2015

Previous services (all at the same BMW Sytner):
19.4.13 Oil service 53985 miles
15.4.11 Inspection 1 40140 miles
24.8.9 Oil service 20369 miles
23.7.8 PDI

Clarification that last July car had new front fog lights plus new brake discs and pads.

Sounds obvious buy have you tried the 3 main "We Buy" sites ? Always worth a punt & they do vary by up to 10% in valuation ive found .
Also recently tried them with our now sold X3 & they rang twice afterwards with increased offers

I have tried 2 of the 'we buy' sites and their offers aren't enough. I will do better to keep the car than sell to them.
I have a job interview tomorrow, so fingers crossed. It is in central London though so would leave me puzzled whether to keep the car or not. We shall see...

Good luck with the interview

what sort of prices were the we buy sites offering.

i put mine in there and it came back with £12k - to be honest i didnt think that was too far off the mark for those type of sites.

I'd have been looking at 13k private sale (after id stripped all the mods)

My best offer here before I take it off sale.
£11250 with a new MoT. No offers (this is what is owing on the finance within a few quid). Any lower than that and it is easier and cheaper to keep the car.
Offers will result in sweary abusive Clairey :) Really, don't make an offer !

Any apparent or perceived desperation on my part has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the car. If anything, I think I love it just a little more each day. It's David Cameron's fault.
