2008 M Coupe For Sale

Stopped by my dealer this morning to pickup a quart of oil and notice a beautiful 2008 black "M" coupe on the showroom floor. It is black on black with carbon leather trim. All options except extended leather and does include sat nav. It has 17,000 miles and they are asking $40,000. It looks to be in perfect like new condition. If anyone on this side of the pond has interest let me know and I will put you in touch with the salesman.
 
Interesting - maybe it's the pound / dollar rate at the moment but I thought cars were significantly cheaper over there, and this is on a par with or even a shade over a UK price.
 
That car was probably at least $60K new. Nice deal. You ///M guys are trying to get to me, aren't you? The only thing stopping me is I've driven Ms in performance driving schools and if anyone drove theirs like we drove those............

Would dearly love to have an M3 with DCT as a big brother to my Z, but alas, haven't hit the lottery yet.

I know they weren't available in the US, but I'd have the e46 M3 CSL with SMG box any day over the e9x M3 with DCT.
 
Smokin, is correct as they showed the MSRP and it was right at $60,000 as I recall which was about right for fully loaded 2008 M Coupe. Also, I would expect them to deal a little on the price and the price does include the extended CPO warranty to 100,000 miles.
