Very reluctant private sale of my Montego blue 2008 3.0SI sport coupe, manual gearbox, full service history, meticulously look after by myself and the previous owners with very low mileage of only 50,433 miles. Car is always washed and waxed regularly.
I have owned the car for 12 trouble free months.
Beautiful condition inside and out. FSH, next service not due for another 11350 miles, 11mths MOT, new rear tyres fitted April 2019, new front Brembo callipers and pads fitted Feb 2019

Nice car, reminds me of my previous motor, but couldn’t help but notice that its first service was done after 5 years...

Did the previous owner shed any light as to why this is?

No reason given, if I were to guess I'd say it's probably because it only did ~13,900 miles in 5 years.

Obviously good practice is to service every 2 years of you arent doing the milage, but wasn't the case here sadly.

Didn't seem to detract from the car when my and my friend went to pick it up, we both commented it was the tidiest second hand car we'd ever seen, couldn't fault it (Frustratingly, it would have been nice to find a reason drive the price down!) I've tried to keep it up ever since.
