That looks like a steal so I can't see it hanging around long - GLWTS.

Thanks Mr Tidy
Tried to price it fairly in light of the fact its needs a couple of grand spending on it , but its also a tough market at the moment

It might be worth highlighting options like heated seats, rear parking sensors, Piano Black trim, Nav (that not everyone likes TBF) and any others.

Shame you didn't get the engine mounts replaced when it had the rod bearing shells replaced while the cross-member was off. Not sure it needs £2k spent though. My Inspection 2 cost just over £1K in 2020, but the invoice included a new cam-chain tensioner and Powerflex RTAB bushes.

And while cars don't seem to be selling that quickly it still looks cheap to me. Or maybe that's wishful thinking as mine has done 91K now.

Probably around £2k,as if you add up an Inspection 1 cost, done properly,Inc the correct gearbox oil etc
Plus a set of decent tyres all round, say Michelin or Conri's, could be around £800 fitted, plus tracking getting done along with any necessary potential repairs such as track rod end issues/worn parts,
Plus decent Engine mounts Inc fitting, easy to get to £2k or more I think?
Still a good buy for someone at around £13500.
Someone like Tony/mmm-five ,lol :poke:
