I bought it in April 2019 for myself, had it a few months and sold it to a gentleman from Hyde. He spent £1000 on an inspection ii and had the interior trim wrapped in carbon fibre.
I bought it back around 3 weeks ago for my wife, however, quite frankly she hates it. She complains of the bonnet being far too long and she's scared to park it, also said its hard to get in and out of....
The car is on 90,000 miles (just) and is mot'ed until 30th march 2021. G5yCe for mot history check. (plate not included, original plate KB07SXX)
The inspection ii was carried out at 86,000 miles and included all sorts as it totalled £996. Full alignment, all fluids it also has had discs and pads around the same time.
The car is finished in stunning individual Ruby black metallic paint with a red fleck when the sun hits it. The paint is in very good condition with no evidence of having had resprayed in the past, however there are a few parking dings / scuffs if you look in the right light consumerate with age. 2 marks on the roof, presumably nicks, are covered with some sealant to prevent water ingress
The service history is full, and has numerous receipts including ones for the eccentric shaft sensor a couple of years back. The roof motor has been relocated into the boot for piece of mind. 2 remote keys working perfectly
The car runs beautifully being the n52 straight 6 177bhp, it's no rocket ship, however more than adiquate for most, also features the 6 speed 'box being a face-lift car.
Spec wise it features an M sport steering wheel, zhp gear knob, full black leather and carbon fibre wrapped dash/centre console. HID headlights, Oem quality mats
Wheels are mv2 just been powder coated in silver with brand new hankook up front an continental rears, with 15mm spacers all round and uprated coilover suspension set at standard ride height as the original shocks were tired and leaking.
No lights on the dash, no un toward knocks bangs or rattles,it feels tight to drive and sounds healthy. No hva noise noted on cold starts etc,no evidence of water pump being replaced. The radio doesn't get reception but the cd does though and has the Aux in socket so it's never bothered me
Looking for £3750, which at the time of listing I belive to be the lowest price 6 cylinder face-lift car with sub 100k miles - being in Ruby black is the icing on the cake for me personally!
