2007 Z4 2.0i Fan noise problem

The radiator fan in my 2007 Z4 with 40k miles (UK Spec) is making some noise when it switches on (which is a bit loud too ). Does the fan has any replaceable parts ? |Or I have to change it completely.

I also need to know if any fan off any other BMW model fits maybe I will find a used one from somewhere because I think a new one from the dealer will cost a hell !
 
The Fan seems to be the same across the Z4 engine range so maybe a second hand one would be your best bet if your 100% sure its the fan.
