2007 Shop Manuals - can't find them

I have been searching all day on various forums trying to track down PDFs for the 2007 shop manuals. By shop manual, I am speaking of the manual that shows the exploded views of parts with torque specs. I have even tried various search engines but, only turning up the owner’s manual. Am I being thick headed in my searches?
 
are you referring to the TIS manuals?

you can buy cd's on ebay but they may not be legal
 
Yes the TIS manual.

Oh...I was thinking you could just go and buy one online and use at home. Didn't realize there would be any type of issue.
